Can Humans live More Than 100 years??!

While the average human lifespan varies across different countries and populations, it is possible for individuals to live beyond 100 years. The study of extreme longevity, or living beyond 100 years, is known as centenarian studies. The maximum human lifespan is currently believed to be around 120 to 125 years. However, it's important to note that reaching such an advanced age is relatively rare and is influenced by various factors, including genetics, lifestyle choices, healthcare, and environmental factors. There have been documented cases of individuals living well beyond 100 years. These individuals are often referred to as centenarians or supercentenarians, depending on whether they have reached 100 or 110 years, respectively. The number of people living past 100 years is increasing, primarily due to improvements in healthcare, nutrition, and overall living conditions. It's worth mentioning that while some people may have genetic predispositions to living longer, lifestyle factors such as maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, avoiding smoking, and managing stress can also contribute to longevity. It's important to note that living a long and healthy life is influenced by multiple factors, and not everyone will reach 100 years or beyond. However, adopting a healthy lifestyle and taking proactive measures for overall well-being can increase the chances of leading a longer and healthier life.
